Information concerning the program

Language test:

1. For pre-arranged placement only - sit for the SLEP 6 test if you cannot provide us with TOEFL or SLEP 6 score.
2. Sign a contract with GTCE and pay program deposit.

Application and the necessary documents:

1. Fill in the application form (online).
2. Interview at the offices of GTCE.
3. Submit all application documents.

Payment of fees:

1. Pay the remaining program when you submit the program documents.
2. With the program fee you also have to pay the SEVIS fee, which is $35.00.

Travel arrangements::

1. Book your airplane ticket.

DS – 2019

We receive your Ds 2019.

1. Yellow receipt from Union bank for visa application of $ 100.00.
2. Certificate from the university, notifying the expected graduation date.
3. Student’s book (the original together with copies of all pages indicating all passed exams)
4. Valid international passport (expiration date – one year after the visa issuing) – original and copy of the page including the photo
5. Photo 50mm x 50mm
6. Birth certificate – original or a copy
7. Original and copy of a document that certifies Intermediate level of English

Applying for visa

1. GTCE submits the documents in the Consulate
2. GTCE receives interview appointment information from the American Consulate.
3. Interview in the USA Consulate

Orientation:

1. Virtual Orientation.
2. Receiving of the ticket as well as the necessary travel documents.
3. Fill in a “Travel Information” form.
