Global Training and Cultural Exchange was founded by an ambitious young team of students and professionals in 2003. Over the years we have evolved from a retail agency offering programs to students in various countries to a consultancy firm to employers, agencies and sponsoring organizations. Our primary focus is on placements with affordable housing in Michigan. GTCE places emphasis on personal connections, face to face interviews in job fairs, and yearly visits to the employers and housing providers that we have cooperation agreements with. We help provide cultural exchange experiences and work towards making every exchange visitor’s experience successful and memorable. GTCE has cooperation agreements with agencies in Southeastern Europe, Southeast Asia, China and throughout Latin America.
